From private wharfs, to building foundations, bridge piers, and commercial shipping piers, Cianbro installs foundation pilings -- of all materials and sizes -- under some of the most severe physical conditions in the eastern United States.

Whether it's 10-inch diameter timber piles for a private boat dock, 20-inch prestressed concrete piles to support building foundations, or jetting and driving 56-inch diameter concrete cylinder piles for a bridge per foundation, our team uses in-house engineering and time-proven techniques -- selecting the right equipment and methods -- to get the job done efficiently and safely.

Cianbro maintains over 130 cranes to assist in a variety of hoisting needs. Our pile driving equipment fleet includes crane and excavator-mounted vibratory driver/extractors, and air and diesel-fired pile hammers ranging in size from 15,000 foot-lbs to 80,000 foot-lbs of energy.

Working in concert with our in-house design group, our Fabrication Facility is available to help meet unique equipment needs, such as designing and fabricating a 25,000-lb drop hammer to install 36-inch diameter steel pipe piles.
