Scope of Work
Cianbro erected Bath Iron Work’s #11 crane and adjacent craneways. 

Project Details
  • Fully erected the 500 ton turntable on blocking 100 ft above the ground
  • Re-jacked the crane and installed the crane wheels
The heaviest lift for this project was 130 tons
  

Unique Challenge



As space was a major restriction, Cianbro assembled the main boom – 400 ft long – on the craneways and erected it into place in one piece.
