Scope of Work
Cianbro designed and constructed a new 83 space, precast concrete  elevated parking deck along with refurbishing the surface parking.

Project Details

• Managed the design and permitting
• Disassembled and removed the existing cast-in-place concrete parking structure and amenities
• Replaced the existing underground utilities
• Re-used the existing concrete foundations 
• Resurfaced the existing concrete retaining walls
• Furnished and erected a new precast concrete parking deck structure with brick veneer spandrel panels to integrate with the adjacent architecture
• Reshaped and resurfaced on-grade level with new bituminous concrete paving for improved drainage
• Installed new stairs and elevated handicap ramp to the Main Street buildings from the elevated deck
• Incorporated Green elements into the new structure including: 
• Recycled and/or reused 100% of the existing cast-in-place concrete/precast double tee structure
• Designed and installed an improved storm drainage system 
• including oil/water separator to improve storm water quality prior to discharge to the municipal system
• Installed energy efficient LED lighting
