Scope of Work
Cianbro was the Construction Manager for the new 770,000 sf gaming facility.  In addition to managing over 20 subcontractors, Cianbro self-performed some of the work.

Project Details

• Coordinated with the City of Bangor, local utilities, state agencies, and other stakeholders
• Relocated and rebuilt the I-395 Off Ramp, including the reconstruction of the exit ramp onto State Street
• Additional off-site parking and related infrastructure improvements
• A 137,450 sf, 1,000 slot gaming facility with a full-service restaurant, high-end theming and finishes, state-of-the-art security and surveillance systems, including approximately 20,300 sf of administrative office space mezzanine
• A 111,630 sf, 7 story hotel with luxurious rooms, penthouse suites, conference and banquet rooms
• A 520,670 sf, 4 story, 1,467 space parking garage
• Managed all trade subcontractors
• Successfully employed union subcontractors for portions of this project
• Self-performed the hotel and parking garage electrical, fabricated and furnished the hotel structural steel and theming finishes
