Through severe winter conditions, the remote site and development posed a challenge due to the wetlands which surrounded the 27 acres. The entrance road crossed approximately 1,000 ft of wetlands. The site was monitored every two weeks by a third party erosion control inspector required by the State and contracted by Nestle Waters North America. The building was weather tight, painted, along with finish grading and landscaping, completed one week before the first snow storm.
