Scope of Work
Cianbro managed the construction of L.L. Bean’s Service Center and Service Facility in Freeport, Maine.

Project Details
  • Managed the design and construction of the 200,000 sf, environmentally-sensitive, metal-clad service center. The service center included an office complex and 135,000 sf service facility with circular silos and massive wood trusses
  • Used the Total Quality Management approach in both the design and construction of this project
