Unique Challenge

Cianbro and Korte worked closely with the construction management team to designate specific design reviews with all discipline design engineers and project managers to ensure the smooth development of the project. Cianbro built cast-in-place walls that were tilted up once poured—one of only a few buildings in the state designed and constructed like this—and is currently two and a half months ahead of schedule and under budget!
