Scope of Work
Cianbro managed the construction of a new baking facility including the erection of a 230,000 sf building, the installation of all food processing equipment, and the build-out of administrative space.

Project Details
  • Placed spread footings and a concrete foundation 
  • Erected a steel frame with metal-sandwich wall panels and an insulated membrane roof deck
  • Installed food processing equipment which included a high-speed roll line, high-speed bread line, combination line, specialty lines, and support equipment 
  • Drove H-pile foundation and erected flour storage silos 
  • Performed site work which involved general clearing, grading and excavation of a green-field, 40-acre property
  

Unique Challenge



Due to a change in ownership, Cianbro successfully met logistical challenges and responded quickly to major project scope changes in the middle of the construction process.
