Scope of Work
Cianbro constructed an 8-inch wafer fabrication plant, which included a 550,000 sf facility with a 40,000 sf clean room. 

Project Details

• Completed the site work and site infrastructure after demolishing existing buildings at the location 
• Placed a mat slab of 21,000 cy of concrete
• Erected all structural steel including trusses 220 ft long
• Performed final wipe down of the clean room 
• Installed wafer fabrication tools within the clean room
• Erected metal form and roof decking, 8-inch core slabs, and precast wall panels
