Scope of Work
Cianbro provided EPC services for the construction of a 34.5 kV – 115 kV substation that concentrates and upgrades the power from the wind towers to Central Maine Power Company’s Bigelow substation through a newly constructed transmission line.

Project Details

• Provided engineering services in accordance with the Owner’s specifications
• Procured all electrical and mechanical components with the exception of the Owner supplied high voltage transformer and DVAR’s
• Installed all civil and structural components
• Installed all electrical components
• Installed all power and controls
• Provided engineering specifications and guidance throughout the commissioning of the project
