Scope of Work
Cianbro modernized an existing Sewage pumping station facility serving the Baltimore suburbs, to augment the flow feeding Baltimore’s water treatment facility to meet the demands of the growing community in Halethorpe, Maryland. 

Project Details

• Provided demolition of all the mechanical and electrical equipment within the present structure. 
• Provided by-pass pumping and other flow diversion methods to allow for comprehensive demo and rehabilitation of the existing station.
• Installed four 1000 hp motors, pumps and associated equipment to supply 80 MGD flow from the station.
