Lean, Innovative and Unique Project Solutions
The nine-month accelerated construction schedule occurred in tandem with daily college classes. Precise coordination with The University of Maine, as well as on-site team members and trade partners, was critical to eliminating any impact on the students and faculty as a result of project operations.
