Lean Construction Processes
We believe and practice the philosophy of “No one in this room is smarter than all of us.” Partnering early in the design process can provide immense value. We thrive on teamwork and believe that open discussions between all stakeholders are essential to meeting project goals.
Trade Partners & Vendors Developing long-term relationships with trade experts since 1949, Cianbro has a proven process of developing the right bid list, carefully prequalifying trade partners, assembling bid packages into manageable scopes, and utilizing our insight as “builders” to select the most qualified subcontractors and vendors to provide the best value project team.
No matter who we partner with, Cianbro's "team first" attitude remains intact.
Cianbro has a proven track record of constructing projects right the first time, safely, within budget, and on schedule. We do this by utilizing our Quality Assurance/Quality Control programs based on ISO-9001, Inspection and Test Plans, daily Quality Tracking Reports, Lessons Learned, and project controls.
Our industry quality certifications include ASME S & U, NBIC R, SSPC QP-1 & QP-2, AISC, & PCI.
Beginning With The End In Mind
Cianbro’s approach to project tracking, reporting, and controls begins with accurate and detailed cost, planning, and schedule data developed early in the process. A reporting framework is developed for tracking and monitoring costs and scope revisions throughout the project and concludes with the final close-out. Each component is consistently tracked, allowing for easy reconciliation as the design and construction evolves.
Cianbro not only utilizes the latest technology, but actively seeks what's coming next. This continuous improvement approach is further supported by the implementation of our Lean strategies through the use of technology.
