Lean, Innovative and Unique Project Solutions

The schedule for this project extends over two years due to being broken into 6 separate segments. The terrain that the transmission line covers varies from flat agricultural fields to densely populated suburban neighborhoods and also includes an interstate crossing.

The project team is utilizing new, higher capacity rope pullers which improves the team's wire pulling efficiency and eliminates hardline pulls. The team is making additional efficiencies by using outside resources to spot steel which allows members of the team to be utilized for other tasks.
