Rounding out 2022 in charitable fashion, the team members at Cianbro’s Corporate Headquarters chose 12 local charities to each receive a $1,000 gift from the company. Departments got together at the beginning of December to deliberate or vote on which local nonprofit they wanted to honor, and then worked with the organization to visit the office and talk with team members about their mission and vision.

Cianbro is proud to have recently been named as one of the 2022 Best Places to Work in Maine for the second consecutive year. Just as Cianbro’s reach goes well beyond Maine with offices and team members working across the United States, so does our culture of treating people with respect and fairness. After all, Cianbro’s foundation was built on the motto: “It’s all about people.”

Cianbro Corporation and Starcon International, which is part of The Cianbro Companies, have once again earned a National Safety Pinnacle Award from Associated Builders and Contractors, which was presented at the 32nd annual Excellence in Construction® Awards during ABC Convention 2022 in San Antonio earlier this year.

In July 2021, Cianbro completed the Deer Creek to Wes Del 138kV BOLD transmission rebuild for AEP. Located near Muncie, Indiana, the 19.7-mile steel monopole project consisted of two circuits constructed on 114 concrete foundations.
